Ever wished you could just sit down and learn to sew all in one go? Now you can! My Beginners 1-Day Workshop packs everything you need to get started into one fun and friendly day. You'll learn how to use your machine with confidence, wind a bobbin, change needles, adjust tension, and understand grain line on fabric, before getting hands-on with a range of seams, putting in a zip, creating a pleat, and sewing a pocket. You'll go home with a brilliant set of skills and feeling ready to get creative! A perfect day to treat yourself or bring a friend along to share the fun.
Time: 12-5pm
Date: 13th December
Location: The Weller Centre, 110 Amersham road, RG4 5NA
You will need to bring your sewing machine, extension lead and thread. All other materials and equipment needed for the workshop will be provided, so you can simply come along ready to learn and enjoy sewing.
Fabric and zips will be provided
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided but if you want bring anything else for yourself your can.
